A little history:

·        Levitt Homes started building The Trends at Boca Raton in 1985 and completed it in 1990.

·        Levitt Homes first built the wood-frame models in the neighboring community "Country Park" even before they started building homes in The Trends (while they were still selling homes in "Country Park").

·        After they cleared the land where Trends is built, they built new model homes in CBS. The homes located on the left hand side when you enter the community from Old Inlet Bridge Drive (from the SW 18th Street) were these new model homes.

·        Levitt Homes later added 4 new CBS models (1 one-story model, 3 three-story models) to the community when they started building the last 2 sections of the community. These new model homes were the first 4 homes on your right when you enter to the community from Floralwood Lane (from SW18th Street).

·        Levitt Homes gave a different name to the section where you enter the community from Floralwood Lane (from SW18th Street) as if it were a different community. They called it “The Westridge at Boca Raton”. Later, years after the developer finished the community and turned it over to the homeowners, the HOA association merged “The Trends at Boca Raton” and “The Westridge at Boca Raton” into one community and changed the entrance sign to “The Trends at Boca Raton”.
